# Usage and limits

Early Access is controlled so Runzivo can validate reliability, isolation, and capacity with real workloads.

## Early Access allowance

Each workspace receives 3,000 free equivalent minutes per UTC month, shared across its public and private repositories. A 2 vCPU runner consumes one equivalent minute for each runner minute. Unused minutes do not roll over.

New jobs cannot start once the free allowance is used up and no prepaid credits remain. The free allowance resets at the start of each UTC month.

## Concurrency

Developer and Team: Run up to your plan's concurrent job limit. Jobs may queue when runner capacity is unavailable.

Business: Higher concurrency limits, with optional dedicated, pre-warmed runner pools for guaranteed reserved capacity. Pre-warmed pools are a separately configured add-on, not included in every Business plan. Available on request; contact sales at run@runzivo.dev.

## What counts toward usage

Runzivo records job execution and lifecycle events to operate the service, enforce limits, and investigate failures. Usage counts runner minutes, multiplied by the runner size. Insights in the portal shows recorded minutes by day and runner size.

## If you need more capacity

Contact support with the repository, workflow, expected job duration, and desired concurrency.

## Prepaid credits

After the free allowance, a workspace uses prepaid credits. Credit packs exclude tax, and no tax is collected yet: Starter pack, 5,000 equivalent minutes, CA$28, US$20, €18 or £15; Team pack, 25,000 equivalent minutes, CA$130, US$93, €83 or £70; Scale pack, 100,000 equivalent minutes, CA$495, US$353, €316 or £265.

## Pay by bank transfer

Start the transfer in the portal under Billing & Credits. Choose CAD or USD, the minutes, and get payment instructions. Only owners and admins can do this. The portal shows a reference, RZV-XXXX-XXXX, and our bank details. Put the reference in the transfer memo. Credit is added after we match the deposit, and you get a receipt by email. If Pay by bank transfer isn't available in your workspace, email run@runzivo.dev.

Runzivo does not publish bank account numbers on this site. Use the details the portal shows you.

## Card checkout

Card checkout is available only for workspaces billed in Canada or the United States. Those workspaces can buy credit packs by card in the portal under Billing & Credits. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Workspaces billed in other countries can buy credits by bank transfer.
