Team and Business plans are available. A workspace can subscribe from the portal, billed monthly or yearly.
What you get
Each plan includes unit-minutes every month in place of the free allowance. Usage draws on included unit-minutes first, then prepaid credit, then overage up to a monthly cap. A yearly plan costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments and still grants its unit-minutes each month. Prices in CAD, USD, EUR and GBP are on the pricing page.
How to subscribe
Owners and admins open Settings, then Billing & Credits, choose Team or Business and Monthly or Yearly, agree to overage charges, and pay in the Stripe checkout. The plan starts when Stripe confirms the payment.
Renewal and cancellation
A plan renews at the end of each paid term. If a renewal payment fails, a grace period of 7 days starts by default. Included unit-minutes and prepaid credit stay usable; new overage stops when grace ends.
To cancel or change a plan, contact support. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term, and paid terms are not refunded. The plans guide has the details.
