Runzivo Early Access Terms
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Scope
These terms describe access to the Runzivo Early Access service provided by Runzivo Technologies Inc. The service is limited to approved organizations using GitHub Actions with Linux x64 runners.
Access and acceptable use
Access is invitation-based and may be limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn while the service is evaluated. You are responsible for your GitHub organization, repositories, workflow configuration, and the code you run.
Do not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with other users, bypass authorization or capacity controls, or run workloads intended to abuse compute or network resources.
Early Access service
The planned service is pre-release and may change without notice. The working Early Access model has controlled capacity, the monthly Free allowance described on the pricing page and confirmed during approval, and one concurrent job per organization by default. Runzivo does not plan to offer a service-level agreement during Early Access.
Founding offer
The first 100 organizations to activate paid Runzivo service after paid billing launches will keep the published launch runner and add-on rates shown on the pricing page for those same services, for the lifetime of an eligible paid account. To remain eligible, an organization must maintain a continuous paid account, renew when due, and remain in good standing. It must also complete at least one CI job in each rolling 90-day period. A CI job covered by a usage allowance counts toward this activity requirement.
Eligibility ends if the organization cancels, does not renew, does not pay when due, or has no completed CI job during a rolling 90-day period. If service resumes after eligibility ends, then-current rates apply. The offer is not transferable and excludes future products and custom Enterprise pricing.
Payments and currency
Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for those sales. Manual invoices in Canadian dollars are available on request. See currency and payments.
Security and credentials
Keep your GitHub account and organization controls secure. Do not place credentials or secret values in workflow logs or support requests. You remain responsible for the permissions and secrets made available to your workflows through GitHub.
Feedback
Early Access feedback helps Runzivo evaluate and improve the service. Runzivo may use feedback without obligation, while respecting the confidentiality commitments agreed with an approved organization, if any.
No warranty
Early Access is pre-release software provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may contain errors, change, or be unavailable.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Runzivo Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, arising from Early Access.
Suspension and termination
Either party may stop Early Access participation at any time. Runzivo may suspend access immediately to protect the service, other users, or its infrastructure. You can leave by changing your workflow label back and uninstalling the Runzivo GitHub App.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
