Currency and payments

Why our prices are in US dollars.

Runzivo is a Canadian company, but our prices are in US dollars. Card payments are processed by Creem, a third-party payment provider that is the merchant of record for those sales and charges in US dollars or euros only. We have not yet found a Canadian-dollar payment provider that meets our needs. Major CI platforms, including GitHub, also bill in US dollars, so most teams already pay for CI in USD. As soon as our payment provider supports Canadian dollars, we will offer CAD pricing.

Prefer to pay in Canadian dollars?

Email hello@runzivo.dev for a manual invoice in CAD. We convert the USD price at the Bank of Canada daily exchange rate for the invoice date, or the most recent business day's rate when none is published that day. You pay by bank transfer, with no USD charge, and we credit your Runzivo account when the payment arrives. Applicable Canadian sales taxes, including HST, are added to CAD invoices.
