rzv CLI 0.15.0: teams and permissions commands

rzv 0.15.0 adds team commands and a command that shows your workspace permissions.

• rzv teams list|show|create|rename|permissions|add-member|remove-member|deleteLists, shows, creates, renames and deletes teams, sets team permissions, and adds or removes team members for the selected workspace.
• rzv permissionsShows your permissions in the selected workspace, with the permission catalogue and presets.
