rzv CLI 0.17.0: activity, notifications, insights and more

rzv 0.17.0 adds activity, notification, insight, AI, GitHub onboarding, code redemption and workspace closure commands.

• rzv activity list|export|statusLists workspace activity with filters and paging, exports it as CSV, and shows audit signals with execution evidence.
• rzv api-keys create --permissions <p,...>Creates an API key with fine-grained permissions. List, create and rename show each key's permissions.
• rzv notifications list|read|settingsLists workspace notifications, marks them read, and shows or changes delivery settings. Needs your own sign-in.
• rzv jobs logs <job-id>Shows a job's log text, or why it is not available.
• rzv insights summary|heatmap|slow-jobsShows job and minute totals, queue activity by hour, and the slowest workflows for the selected workspace.
• rzv ai providers|settings|usageManages the workspace AI provider connections and settings, and reports AI usage. Provider keys are read only from --key-file.
• rzv github installationsLists every linked GitHub App installation with its setup and repository state.
• rzv github workspaces start|completeCreates a workspace from a GitHub installation.
• rzv billing codes redeem --code-file <path>Redeems a promo code or prepaid voucher for the selected workspace.
