rzv CLI 0.22.0: sandbox SSH, ssh-config and VS Code

rzv 0.22.0 adds SSH to Agent Sandboxes, with ssh-config for scp, sftp, rsync and VS Code.

• rzv sandboxes ssh <sandbox-id>Connects to a running sandbox over SSH through Runzivo. Add -- and a command to run it remotely.
• rzv sandboxes ssh-config <sandbox-id> --writeWrites an SSH host entry named <sandbox-id>.rzv, so scp, sftp, rsync and VS Code Remote-SSH work. We tested VS Code Remote-SSH. We have not tested Cursor.
• The release is release-2026-11-01-185141. Install or update with curl -fsSL https://runzivo.dev/downloads/rzv/install.sh | sh.
