Team and Business plans are available in the portal.
- Owners and admins can subscribe to Team or Business in the portal under Billing & Credits, billed monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments.
- A plan's included unit-minutes are granted each month and do not roll over. Usage draws on included unit-minutes first, then prepaid credit, then overage up to the plan's monthly overage cap. Overage is invoiced monthly.
- If a renewal payment fails, a grace period of 7 days starts by default. To cancel or change a plan, contact support. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
