Team and Business plans

Subscribe to Team or Business, and what happens at renewal, after a failed payment and when a plan is cancelled.

How a plan works

Team and Business are billed monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs 15% less than twelve monthly payments. Prices and included unit-minutes are on the pricing page.

A plan's included unit-minutes replace the free allowance. They are granted each month, on a yearly plan too, and do not roll over. Usage draws on included unit-minutes first, then prepaid credit, then overage up to the plan's monthly overage cap. Overage is invoiced monthly.

Subscribe

  • Owners and admins subscribe in the portal under Settings, Billing & Credits. Set the billing country first. Card checkout is available only for workspaces billed in Canada or the United States.
  • Choose Team or Business and Monthly or Yearly, agree to overage charges, and confirm it's you if the portal asks.
  • Pay with a card in the Stripe checkout. The plan starts when Stripe confirms the payment, not when the checkout page closes.

Renewal

A plan renews at the end of each paid term. Billing & Credits shows the plan, its status and the current paid period.

If a renewal payment fails

The plan becomes past due, and a grace period starts. Grace lasts 7 days by default. Included unit-minutes, prepaid credit and running work stay available. When grace ends, new overage stops until the renewal is paid. Paying ends the grace period.

An unpaid monthly overage invoice stops new overage at once, with or without grace.

Cancel or change a plan

To cancel, or to change plan or billing interval, contact support. The portal has no cancel or plan-change action yet.

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. The plan keeps working until then, and Billing & Credits shows the date it ends. Paid terms are not refunded. A change between monthly and yearly takes effect at renewal.
